Aerate, Seed, and Fertilize. This can be done seasonally and quote will be given as requested.

This plan will keep your property maintained.
First Item
$40+ price varies one size of yard
Mow, Edge/Weed eat, Blow off. Usually bi weekly, also could be only done while on vacation.
Second Item
$10+ price varies depending on density of weed presence.

Third Item
$100+ price varies depending on cost of materials
Aerate, Seed, and Fertilize. This will be done seasonally as requested . Can be done even if I do not regularly mow your yard.
